Our modern, recently refurbished kitchen leads off from the main hall and includes a serving hatch to the hall. There is one undercounter fridge plus a small fridge freezer, an electric cooker with 5 induction rings and two ovens. There is a range of saucepans, oven trays and cooking utensils, a commercial dishwasher and crockery and cutlery for 96 diners, plus glasses.
